Order Processing and Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched by our U.S.-based production partner within 2–3 business days after being placed. During the busy holiday season, additional time may be required to thoroughly inspect and perfect your products. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Please also keep in mind that delivery times may be affected by holidays, severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or public health emergencies.

We partner with trusted U.S. shipping carriers to provide reliable Standard Delivery service across the contiguous United States. Please note that we do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or PO Boxes at this time.

Shipping Time

The estimated delivery date displayed on our website includes both preparation time (average production time) and shipping time. This estimate is for reference only and does not constitute a guarantee.

– Preparation time refers to the time required to process and arrange your order for custom printing. Average production time is calculated based on the past 30 business days and may vary depending on specific circumstances. Peak seasons or major holidays may extend the average production time to 3–6 business days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your custom product has passed final inspection and packaging, it will be dispatched from our U.S.-based production facility. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.

Please note that tracking details may not appear right away. After your package leaves the production site, it is handed off to a shipping center, where it goes through an initial scan to activate tracking. It’s completely normal for tracking updates to take up to 12 hours or longer to appear while your package is in transit.

If your tracking information has not been updated within 4 business days (or 7 business days during peak seasons or major holidays), please contact us for assistance.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. While we strive to process and dispatch orders quickly, please contact us as soon as possible if you believe you’ve entered an incorrect address.

– If the address provided is incorrect, incomplete, or deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier, the package may either be returned to us or delivered as addressed.

– Once your package has left the production site, we’re unable to make any changes to the delivery address through the shipping carrier.

– If the package is returned due to an address issue, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. Please note that any additional shipping fees incurred for resending the package will be your responsibility.

Returns

Lost / Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered to your address but you have not received it, please report it to the respective shipping carrier using the contact information provided on the order tracking page.

Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days of placing the order. However, during public holidays and busy periods, please allow additional time for your order to be processed.

In peak seasons or before major holidays (e.g., Valentine’s Day), both the factory and local shipping carriers may require extra time for processing and delivery. Your patience during these times is greatly appreciated.

PLEASE NOTE THAT DELAYS MAY OCCUR AS A RESULT OF PENDING PAYMENT AUTHORIZATIONS.

Free standard delivery is applicable only to orders with total value (after discount, excluding shipping fees and taxes) of $70.00 or above under normal circumstances, and a flat shipping fee will be required otherwise. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SHIPPING FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

We work hard to ensure that all of your items reach you at the same time. However, sometimes, depending on the product, we may choose different shipping options, so items are not always sent together. Once the item ships, you will receive a shipping notification email.

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don’t worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

Unfortunately, we are unable to change shipping information once the product has been shipped. But you have an option, which is to contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and provide accurate details to reorder.

Please note that if a customer cancels an order more than 24 hours after placing the order, the customer must bear any return shipping charges that may apply. If the package is lost or cannot be retrieved due to the wrong address provided by the customer, the loss will be borne by the customer.
