Spend $50.00 or more to enjoy free shipping (after deducting discounts, excluding shipping fees and taxes).

Order Processing and Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched by our production partner in Wisconsin, United States, within 2–3 business days after being placed. During the busy holiday season, additional time may be required to thoroughly inspect and perfect your products. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Please also keep in mind that delivery times may be affected by holidays, severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or public health emergencies.

We work with local shipping carriers to provide Standard Delivery services. Currently, shipping is only available to consumers within the contiguous United States. Please note that we do not offer delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or PO Boxes.

Shipping Time

The estimated delivery date displayed on our website includes both preparation time (average production time) and shipping time. This estimate is for reference only and does not constitute a guarantee.

– Preparation Time (Average Production Time): 2–3 business days.
– Standard Shipping Time: Typically 2–5 business days.

Please note:
– Delivery speed can be influenced by various factors, and we cannot guarantee standard delivery times. Shipping time estimates are based on information provided by the shipping carrier.

– Preparation time refers to the time required to process and arrange your order for custom printing. Average production time is calculated based on the past 30 business days and may vary depending on specific circumstances. Peak seasons or major holidays may extend the average production time to 3–6 business days.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please be aware that it may take some time for tracking information to become available.

After the package leaves our facilities, it is transferred to a logistics center where it undergoes scanning to activate tracking status updates. It is not uncommon for a shipment to go over 12 hours without updates while in transit.

If your tracking information has not been updated within 4 business days (or 7 business days during peak seasons or major holidays), please contact us for assistance.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address entered is accurate. While we strive to process and ship orders quickly, please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect address.

– If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, or if the carrier deems the address insufficient, the shipment may be returned to us or delivered to the provided address.

– Once the package has left our facilities, we are unable to contact the shipping carrier to modify the delivery address.

– If the package is returned to us due to an address issue, we will reach out to confirm the correct address before reshipping. Please note that any additional shipping fees will be at your expense.

Returns

Lost / Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered to your address but you have not received it, please report it to the respective shipping carrier using the contact information provided on the order tracking page.

Import Taxes & Duties

Some countries may impose import taxes, duties, and related Customs fees on imports, and these costs are not covered in the payments made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and levied by the Customs office of the destination country. For more information on charges, please contact your local Customs office directly.

Frequently Asked Questions

Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days of placing the order. However, during public holidays and busy periods, please allow additional time for your order to be processed.

In peak seasons or before major holidays (e.g., Valentine’s Day), both the factory and local shipping carriers may require extra time for processing and delivery. Your patience during these times is greatly appreciated.

PLEASE NOTE THAT DELAYS MAY OCCUR AS A RESULT OF PENDING PAYMENT AUTHORIZATIONS.

Free standard delivery is applicable only to orders with total value (after discount, excluding shipping fees and taxes) of $50.00 or above under normal circumstances, and a flat shipping fee will be required otherwise. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SHIPPING FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

We work hard to ensure that all of your items reach you at the same time. However, sometimes, depending on the product, we may choose different shipping options, so items are not always sent together. Once the item ships, you will receive a shipping notification email.

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don’t worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

Unfortunately, we are unable to change shipping information once the product has been shipped. But you have an option, which is to contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and provide accurate details to reorder.

Please note that if a customer cancels an order more than 24 hours after placing the order, the customer must bear any return shipping charges that may apply. If the package is lost or cannot be retrieved due to the wrong address provided by the customer, the loss will be borne by the customer.
