Last updated: 2024-12-24

To become a DazzMart Affiliate, follow these steps:
– Register: Start by filling out the Application Form on our website. Provide basic information about your business and customers.
– Review Process: After submitting your application, we will review it within 2-3 business days.
– Approval: Once your application has been approved, logging into your account will allow you to access the Affiliate Area and use the Affiliate Tools.

Note: You need to register for a DazzMart Account on your own to participate in the Affiliate Program. Use the same account for both, with the only difference being the varying account permissions.

We seek partners who bring value to DazzMart Customers. If you are a content creator, passionate reviewer, or blogger interested in referring your audience to DazzMart products, you may be the right fit. During our review, we examine all the sites you’ve provided (websites and social network pages) to ensure they align with our Customer Experience Standards.

Websites
Content on your website must be recent (generally within the last 30 days). You must own your website. All sites must have robust original content; a good rule of thumb is at least 10 posts. They must be publicly available.

Social Networks
We currently only accept the following social networks: Facebook (including open group pages and fan pages, but excluding personal pages), Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok.

Your application must clearly list your social media page’s exact URL (do not list the social network URL only: e.g. facebook.com, instagram.com.) Your social network page or group must be established, with a substantive number of organic followers/likes (in most cases, at least 500). It must also be publicly available.

When reviewing a website, we seek a compelling reason why a Customer would visit your site. Successful sites provide Customers with a unique experience or insights not available elsewhere. Unoriginal content or lack of content may result in rejection.

Affiliates who have been approved can log in using the accounts they have already created on dazzmart.com. Once logged in, Affiliates can access the Affiliate Area and utilize the Affiliate Tools available on the page.

An Affiliate Link refers to the exclusive referral link provided to partners through the Affiliate Tool for tracking potential customer activities. The Affiliate Link includes your Affiliate ID to track the effectiveness of your marketing campaigns and sales performance. All you need to do is create content and wait for your visitors to click on your link. When they make a purchase, you have the opportunity to earn a commission from each sale.

Affiliates can access the Affiliate Area to view their Affiliate Link (Referral URL) and Affiliate ID in the Affiliate URLs tab.

For example:
Your affiliate ID is: 1234
Your referral URL is: https://dazzmart.com/ref/1234

1. Affiliates can append their Affiliate ID to the end of any URL or product page on dazzmart.com.

For example:
https://dazzmart.com/product-101/ref/1234
https://dazzmart.com/product-102/ref/1234

https://dazzmart.com/product-111/ref/1234

2. Alternatively, affiliates can paste any URL from dazzmart.com into the Page URL field and click the Generate URL button to create their own referral link.

Note: As the Affiliate’s ID is stored in a cookie, these Affiliate Links can point to individual products, search results pages, the dazzmart.com homepage, or any other page on dazzmart.com. All pages on the DazzMart website will be tracked.

Affiliate Links primarily utilize cookies to track affiliates and visits so referrals can be generated. For more information, please refer to the ‘DazzMart’s visitor tracking mechanism‘ section below.

– Create videos on platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube. Paste your Affiliate Link in the description or comments, encouraging viewers to check out the recommended products.
– Entertain and engage with livestreams. Inspire your audience with Immediately shoppable, live video and lead them to live purchases.
– In your blog, website, social media, or emails, add your Affiliate Link to guide readers or followers to click and purchase the products you recommend.
– Create ads using your Affiliate Link, such as banners, pop-ups, or native ads, to attract the attention and interest of online users.

By utilizing custom fields or the Campaign Name, you can place specific Affiliate Links in various marketing channels, such as social media platforms, emails, or your own website. This helps identify the number of visitors and conversions attributed to different channels.

1. Log in to your Affiliate Area.

2. In the Affiliate URLs section, locate the “Page URL” field, displaying the base URL of the website (https://dazzmart.com).

3. In the “Referral URL Generator” section, find the “Campaign Name” field. Here, you can enter a short word that will be part of your customized tracking URL (originally designed for tracking marketing campaigns).

4. Click the “Generate URL” button, and the system will generate a customized tracking URL for you, which includes your Affiliate ID and the Campaign Name you entered.

For example, if your Affiliate ID is 1234, and you entered “mycampaign” in the “Campaign Name” field, then your customized tracking URL will be https://dazzmart.com/ref/1234/?campaign=mycampaign

Some examples of campaign names you might use are: “Facebook sale”, “TikTok Promotion”, “Twitter January”, “Winter email”, “Summer special”, and so on.

https://dazzmart.com/ref/1234/?campaign=facebooksale
https://dazzmart.com/ref/1234/?campaign=tiktokpromotion
https://dazzmart.com/ref/1234/?campaign= twitterjanuary
https://dazzmart.com/ref/1234/?campaign=winteremail
https://dazzmart.com/ref/1234/?campaign= summerspecial

This way, using the campaign parameter enables affiliates to identify where to focus their marketing efforts for maximum sales and referrals.

Affiliates can check the performance of their custom tracking URLs or each campaign they have created in the Statistics tab within the Affiliate Area. This tab displays the following campaign data:

Visits – The number of visits through a specific campaign referral link.
Unique Links – How many unique referral links have been used for that campaign.
Converted – Whether the conversion was successful (a referral was generated).
Conversion Rate – And what the conversion rate is for that particular campaign.

You earn commission income if a visitor, within 30 days of entering dazzmart.com through your Affiliate Link (based on the cookie settings in the visitor’s browser), places qualifying items in their shopping cart and completes a Customer Transaction, you have the opportunity to earn a commission from each sale.

However, if the visitor reenters dazzmart.com through another affiliate’s link during this period, you will not earn any subsequent commission income from the visitor’s purchases (under the “Commission to Last Referrer” rule). Nevertheless, if the visitor returns to dazzmart.com through one of your Affiliate Link, a new 30-day cookie window will be opened.

Only transactions in which a visitor places an order for the items in the shopping cart within the duration of your cookies, complete the payment, and receive the items will be considered as Customer Transactions. The referral commission will then be credited to your affiliate account, and you can view relevant data in the Affiliate Area under the Statistics tab.

Note: Cookies used as part of the Affiliate Tool have a set duration; these cookie settings expire after 30 days in the visitor’s browser. If a potential customer clears their cookies during this period, we shall not be liable for any commissions that may have been owed to you.

“Commission” refers to a fixed percentage of each Customer Transaction as specified in the Affiliate Program Agreement, also known as Affiliate Commission. Currently, the dazzmart.com website does not sell third-party products, and there is a fixed 10% commission rate for custom-made products, such as custom-made phone cases.

For instance, if an affiliate generates a $60 sale from a custom-made case, their referral commission will be 10% of that amount. Therefore, affiliates will receive $6 for a $60 order.

Note: The transaction amount for which Commission is paid does not include bank fees (such as transaction fees), any taxes (VAT/sales tax), credit card fees, shipping costs, and discounts from coupons. Additionally, the commission calculation is based on the actual net amount of the transaction, which is the amount after deducting the aforementioned fees and discounts.

For example, let’s consider the order total is $60. Within this total, taxes and shipping amount to $10. In this case, the commission will be calculated based on $50, excluding taxes and shipping, rather than the full $60.

We use the Credit Last Referrer rule, which refers to the last/latest affiliate whose Affiliate Link was clicked most recently.

For example, we have an affiliate named Simon who shares an Affiliate Link. A visitor clicks on the link to a product, but does not make a purchase. A second affiliate named Taylor shares an Affiliate Link that the same visitor clicks on and then makes a purchase. Taylor will receive the commission from the visitor instead of Simon.

Firstly, Affiliates can view the Number of visits, Successful Conversions, and Conversion Rate on the Visits tab in the Affiliate Area. These metrics represent the visits and conversion statistics resulting from visitors accessing dazzmart.com through the Affiliate Link.

“Referrals” refer to sales generated through an Affiliate Link, where customer orders have been placed and payments for those orders have been made. Each time a referral is generated, it is assigned a status. There are four possible values that can be assigned:

– Pending – This is a referral that has been generated but is not yet confirmed.
– Unpaid – This is a confirmed referral that is waiting to be paid out to the affiliate.
– Rejected – This is a referral that was rejected.
– Paid – This is a referral that has been paid to the affiliate.

All referrals begin with a status of Pending and are then updated to one of the other three statuses when particular events occur. A pending referral means that it is waiting to be confirmed as valid. After the expiration of the customer order refund policy period, payments (commission payouts) will be made to the Affiliate, and referrals are confirmed. During this period, if there is a refund request, the referral will be rejected.

Second, affiliates can view these statistics in the Affiliate Area under the Statistics tab. These statistics offer an in-depth understanding of the affiliate’s performance and commission income in relation to their Affiliate Link and marketing campaigns.

Unpaid Referrals – The quantity of referrals that have not yet been paid out to the affiliate.

Paid Referrals – The quantity of referrals for which commission payments have been made to the affiliate.

Visits – Indicates the overall number of visitors directed to dazzmart.com through the affiliate’s links.

Conversion Rate – refers to the ratio of visits that successfully resulted in actual sales to the total number of visits. The conversion rate is expressed as a percentage and is a metric used to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns or referrals.

Unpaid Earnings – The total amount of commissions not yet remitted to the affiliate.

Paid Earnings – The total amount of commissions already remitted to the affiliate.

Commission Rate – Refers to the percentage of the amount set in the Affiliate Tool for each Customer Transaction.

Visitor tracking mechanism refers to using various technologies to monitor visitor activities on a website, including tracking page visits, link clicks, and purchase transactions. In Affiliate Program, the visitor tracking mechanism is employed to trace visitor purchasing activities directed by specific affiliate. DazzMart uses third-party plugins for this purpose.

The plugin uses cookies to track affiliates and visits so referrals can be generated.

How they work
A cookie is a small piece of data which is stored in a visitor’s web browser when they visit a website and are used to retain information about the visitor’s interactions with a website. When a visitor accesses dazzmart.com through an Affiliate Link, the browser automatically sets a cookie. When the visitor adds items to the shopping cart and proceeds to checkout, the system identifies, through the cookie or other tracking mechanisms, which affiliate directed the visitor.

After the visitor completes a purchase, the system calculates the commission due to the affiliate based on the commission calculation rules set in the Affiliate Tools. Commission information is displayed in the Affiliate Area’s Statistics, allowing affiliate to track their sales and commission details.

Note: These cookie settings expire after 30 days in the visitor’s browser.
