When you register for a DazzMart Account, you will be asked to create a password. In order to prevent fraud, you must keep this password confidential. You must not disclose the password or share the password with anyone. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should contact us immediately.
If we have reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Website, we may require you to change your password or we may suspend your DazzMart Account.

– Or any other reasons that the company finds the content inappropriate.
Should a user continue to upload the content that violates the Terms and Conditions, the user account will be terminated with immediate effect without prior notice.
Payment / Orders on the Website
Until payment is made, all the products remain the property of DazzMart. We leave ourselves the right not to send the items if the payment has been rejected or there have been any other issues regarding it. Items cannot be sent as gifts.
The price we apply to your order is the one that was set on the day the purchase was made. Shipping expenses are shown before the confirmation of the purchase. Your credit card information is not stored, so the entire payment process is completely safe and secure.
The orders placed on the Website are subjecting to being charged with import fees, taxes, custom duties, related package handling fees and/or any other relevant charges required by the corresponding designated country and/or the organization(s) that handle(s) the shipment/delivery of the orders. None of these charges are included in the price that you pay on the Website. The phone cases sold on our website are fully customized and made on-demand, designed exclusively for you! As such, returns or exchanges for custom-made products are not accepted under any circumstances, unless there is a manufacturer’s defect or an error by DazzMart.

Once you select your desired “Design” and specify the phone model on dazzmart.com, and complete your payment, the order details are sent directly to our production partner to begin manufacturing. Please note that once your order enters the production line, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping / Delivery of Your Order
We partner with local shipping carriers to provide Standard Delivery services. Currently, we only ship to consumers within the contiguous United States. Please note that delivery is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or PO Boxes.

For the free shipping offer that we provide, it will be applicable only to the first shipment of the order. If the initial shipment is not received, and a re-shipment is required, a re-shipment fee will apply in such cases.

Assignment
