Commission Payment Method
To provide a more convenient, fast, and cost-effective commission payment method, we now use Wise for payments. The minimum commission settlement amount is $50.
For the United States region:
– We will use Wise to transfer funds to your U.S. bank account via ACH, a local bank transfer method with low costs and relatively fast processing.
– Please provide accurate information for your U.S. bank account, including the account number and routing number, to ensure a smooth transfer.
Note: When using ACH transfers, Wise will charge a certain fee based on the transfer amount, and this fee will be borne by you. If the amount is substantial, it is recommended to open a Wise account for receiving payments. For more details, please refer to the “Commission Settlement Examples” section below.
Non-U.S. Regions:
– Kindly open a Wise account so that we can transfer funds directly to your Wise account.
– Provide Wise account details, including account number and email.

Commission Settlement Examples
Through ACH Transfer (with Wise Fee):
– Commission Range: $50 to $800
– Wise Fee Range: $3 to $4 (for reference, not fixed)
– For ACH transfers of $800 or more, deductions will be made based on the Wise fees applicable on that day.
Example 1
If the commission for the month is $50 (minimum commission settlement amount), through ACH transfer, deducting the Wise fee of $3, your U.S. bank account will receive $47.
Example 2
If the commission for the month is $800, through ACH transfer, deducting the Wise fee of $4, your U.S. bank account will receive $796.
Through Wise Account Transfer:
– Commission Range: Up to $5,000
– Wise Fee: Covered by us
Example 3
If the commission for the month is $5000, through Wise account transfer, your Wise account will receive $5000, and the fee is covered by us.
Please note: The above fee amounts are for reference only and may vary.
Commission Payment Time
Under normal circumstances, customer orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days and delivered within 14 days. The refund and return policy has a 10-day timeframe, which means the entire process, from completing Customer Transactions to the expiration of the refund and return policy, takes 24 days.
Our standard remittance date is the 1st of every month (Eastern Time, EST/EDT), automatically deferred to the next business day if it falls on a non-working day.
Affiliate Commission:
– If a purchase is completed through your Affiliate Link, you will receive an email notification, typically titled “New Referral Notifications.”
– For Customer Transactions completed through your Affiliate Link, whether the referred “Design” is created by you (as a member of the Creators Program) or another Creator, you are eligible to receive the Affiliate Commission for that order.
For instance, if you receive a New Referral Notification via email on January 2nd, the commission for this transaction will be in an Active State by January 26th (pending for a minimum of 24 days), and you will receive the Commission on the next remittance date, February 1st.
Creator Commission:
Creator Commission consists of two parts:
(i) Customer Transactions resulting from the promotion of custom-made phone cases featuring your “Design” by any third party.
(ii) Customer Transactions resulting from the promotion of custom-made phone cases featuring your “Design” through your Affiliate Link.
For instance, if out of the 30 Designs on your exclusive personal page, 10 have sales records for the month. Among these, 8 Designs are promoted by third parties, resulting in the sale of 100 custom-made phone cases, while you successfully promote 2 Designs, resulting in the sale of 20 custom-made phone cases. Assuming each order has a transaction amount of $60 (excluding taxes and shipping), you will be eligible to receive potential commission earnings of $720.
Calculation: $60 X (80+20) X 10% = $720
Note:
– All sales on dazzmart.com are automatically settled by the system, and individual reports are regularly sent to collaborators.
– Creator Commissions and Affiliate Commissions are settled individually, and each must reach the minimum payout amount before being processed.
– Payments will be automatically processed on the payout date when either Creator Commissions or Affiliate Commissions reach or surpass $50, and no application is required.
– Due to the potential for Customer Refunds, your potential commission earnings may decrease. Therefore, commission payouts are processed after the expiration of the refund and return policy, when the commission is in the “active state” (pending payment).
